05Honestly
The line, clearly drawn.
Plenty of offers online promise a German “Gesundheitszeugnis” (health certificate). The certificate under § 43(1) IfSG, however, is issued only by the public health office or a doctor it appoints. We say what this trainer can do, and also what it cannot.

Before the first day at work, only at the public health office or a doctor it appoints. Some offices offer it online themselves. No private course replaces it, and neither does this one.
What the trainer is for
Annual training & follow-up instruction
Practising and refreshing the content of hygiene training under § 4 LMHV and of the follow-up instruction under § 43(4) IfSG, and in Austria of the annual instruction. Instructing staff and keeping the record is up to the business.

You have trained your team.
Who proves it in March?
The certificate is yours. The record belongs to the business: who was trained when, when it is due again, and the folder that lies on the table at the inspection. In Venheim it is created in the same step as the work itself.
The sign-up form is in German for now. Inside the app, everyone picks their own language — nine languages, English included.
